We strategized, recruited and mapped a consistent and professional field force team in all the regions (Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania) within the capacity gaps to ensure that there was maximum visibility and contact between consumers and the Lumia devices.
This involves having well trained brand champions whose key function is to push sales within an Best In Class Field Force Merchandising practices in all outlets across the three countries in East AFrica.
We have continuously given East African Consumers the Microsoft Lumia Experience ensuring that the quality and standards of the Microsoft Lumia brand.
